Oteldina M. Lima, age 87, of Narragansett, died peacefully Monday, September 16, 2019 at South Kingstown Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was the beloved mother of Valdemar Matos of Pawtucket, Jorge Brito of Portugal and Maria Évora of Narragansett. Born in Santo Antão, Cape Verde, she was the daughter of the late José Espírito Santo Lima and the late Maria Salomé Rocha. She was the sister of the late Miguel Coronel Lima, Joana Silva of Portugal and Narina Soares of Sweden. She leaves grandchildren Helder Lopes of England, Alex van der Brink of Holland, Nicole Brito of Pennsylvania, George Brito III and Jason Brito of New York, Teresa Matos of England, William Évora of Cranston, Vanessa Matos of Florida, Christopher Brito of North Carolina and Claudia Évora of Narragansett. She also leaves many great grandchildren, son-in-law Victor Évora of Narragansett, daughter-in-law Luisa Matos of Pawtucket, and many cousins, nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held Saturday, September 21st from 11am until 2pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private.
